Quelles sont les illustrations nécessaires pour les tonneaux personnalisés ?
Pour nos sorties en quadrichromie, nous vous fournissons un modèle que vous ou votre graphiste pouvez remplir. Vous pouvez demander un modèle iciou par courrier électronique.
Pour les dessins en vinyle (noir ou tonneaux RAL), nous avons besoin d'un fichier vectoriel. Il peut s'agir d'un fichier pdf, ai, svg ou eps.
Pouvons-nous fournir une épreuve d'impression ?
Pour chaque commande, nous créons une maquette qui doit être approuvée par le client avant de lancer la production.
Quel est notre délai de livraison ?
Notre délai de livraison est de 4 à 6 semaines à compter de la date d'approbation de la maquette.
Quel est notre Q.O.M. ?
Nous travaillons pour des marques internationales qui commandent des milliers de barils, mais nous créons également des articles sur mesure pour le pub du coin. Par conséquent, les quantités minimales dépendent entièrement du type de demande. Notre objectif est d'aider tout le monde, alors envoyez-nous votre demande et nous nous en occuperons !
Les canons sont-ils neufs ou usagés ?
Nous choisissons des fûts neufs pour être sûrs qu'il n'y a pas de résidus nocifs dans les fûts. Sur demande, nous pouvons donner aux fûts neufs un aspect usagé.
Peut-on organiser le transport ?
Nous disposons d'un réseau de transporteurs et d'entrepôts dans toute l'Europe. Il vous suffit donc de nous envoyer votre demande pour que nous puissions assurer à la fois l'entreposage et le transport. Les produits hors Europe seront envoyés via notre réseau de partenaires expérimentés.
