The BarrelQ<\/span><\/h3>\n

The BarrelQ was founded in 2013 when we took a new oil barrel and turned it into something special\u2014a barbecue! We named it \u201cThe BarrelQ\u201d This idea took off quickly in the Netherlands, where people loved the unique design and fun way to grill and so it marked the beginning of a journey that took us all around the globe selling our barrel products. In the first year, with a lot of dedication and perseverance, we managed to sell our first truckload to friends, family and small boutiques. Our big break came in the same year when Jupiler, a famous beer brand, noticed us and wanted a special version of our BarrelQ with their logo and colours printed on it. They ordered 2,500 units in 2014, which helped us step into the promotional market and grow our business.

UBG (United Brands Group)<\/span><\/h3>\n

As we expanded, we decided to create two separate companies: one for selling to regular stores and another for promotional products. Quickly after that we added other products to our portfolio next to barrel barbecues such as standing tables, bins, POS and furniture. In 2017, we took a leap and launched in the United States, forming the United Brands Group. This new company acted as our main hub for both promotional and retail sales.

Finding our place.<\/span><\/h3>\n

Over the years, we moved locations a few times but found the perfect spot in Breda, where we set up an office and warehouse in 2018. Since then, we\u2019ve sold a whopping 200,000 barrels and created more than 145 different product variations. Our team works hard to keep our products top-notch, and we have the certifications to prove it. We pride ourselves on being professional when it comes to quality, price, and delivery time holding a SMETA 4 pillar certificate 6 years in a row.

The BarrelQ Company<\/span><\/h3>\n

In 2024, we decided to reconnect with our roots by renaming ourselves The BarrelQ Company. We wanted to reflect our original passion while still serving our loyal customers. Now, we\u2019re well-known once again and have added even more exciting products to our lineup. If it\u2019s made of steel and wood, and has a fun twist, we\u2019re the ones to call. Not just for a couple of pieces, we just as easy handle an order of 5.000 pieces thanks to our professional team and spacious top notch modern warehouse.<\/span><\/p>\n

Led by Gerben Bierbooms, BarrelQ has grown from a simple idea into a successful story of hard work and creativity. Today, The BarrelQ Company stands proudly as a symbol of what you can achieve when you follow your dreams and innovate.
